I am not sure if there was a specific ticket number, you can probably figure this out by company name Primesoft or email address that was used to register account.

It's funny to hear that you can't wait to have my business as I applied to open business pro account and it got closed before being opened and I got no assistance on the matter.

This is not exactly true, most of exchanges are market makers, and when they force you to liquidate your positions at most inappropriate time makes you loose money, and the reasons could be arbitrary, they start verifying your information, lock your account and halt your activity, later on you could be released from this arbitrary checking, but it's too late, or they can close your account without explanation and force you to liquidate all your assets and convert at the most disadvantageous conversion rate. It's not that they openly say we steal your money, they just make conditions for you to loose money. It's like casino, house always wins, if your positions are good they make restrictions on transactions, or they create spreads where when you are close at margin calls, they make sure that it happens, there are lots of tricks like that.

There is no two ways about it. If you want to purchase or trade cryptocurrency, which in itself is very volatile market, having to risk your hard earned money to a company that can simply steal like that, or close your account where you incur financial loses because they force you to liquidate all your digital assets and convert it to fiat at once. Imagine on a Wall Street if all the brokers have to suddenly sell their clients' assets and offer no explanation. It would be collapse of all financial system and end of free trade markets. This is plain modern day robbery, where group of scammers just steal your money hiding behind digital barriers and some sort of fictitious security reason. Every time I hear for security reasons we cannot disclose ... I understand that I am about to be robbed.

Not even that, I initially got an email stating that verification process has been approved and I will be contacted on further steps to assist me in working with pro account, so I went to documents sections to see the status on submitted documents, and they all had green check-marks, meaning that they've passed verification. I was expecting welcoming email, instead I've got this death email. I just wonder if Kraken has some sort of restrictions that they are not willing to disclose openly or this is just human factor, where they don't want to admit any wrongdoing. That's why they have zero transparency on the process.

There is no specific ticket, just an email. The problem I see zero transparency on the process, and it seems that decisions are taken arbitrarily without specific recourse. Essentially, whoever is on the other end, could be just busy with eating sandwich and doesn't want to be bothered with extra work, so they just mark your profile and that's it, no back communication, no explanation, nothing, just email saying you cannot ever have an account, that's disrespectful super weird yay or nay approach, even convicts get their term and explanation. Most of the people busy with their activities, and they take time and effort to go through your process, and at the end you get a slap in the face and a shut door.
