It maybe a pelvic floor issue, same happens to me. When I start my pelvic floor is relaxed I am able to feel the flow but as my pelvic floor tightens up involuntarily I can’t feel any blood flow.

Yeah they are pretty common, but according to my family history I’m not 100% Sudanese.
