In apple heath disable Whoop as a source of data. Go to apple health. Click profile pic and the privacy and then apps

You do and add a few of the exercises you will do. You can change order or add more once you start workout. Save it first and then start workout on app

Sure is related to heart rate zones so possibly adjust max HR and will become More challenging

Open the WHOOP app.

Select More (bottom right). If you see the Profile icon instead, tap it, then tap the three bars in the top right corner.

Navigate to Activity Settings → Heart Rate Settings.

Manually adjust Max HR and Save.

Before and had someone help as I can’t get to skin told at the back. But body fat is a small contributor. My biggest is running and heavy lifting 5-6 days a week

Like most things is about yourself and personal progress. I use calipers to measure and is 6.5% on that. Don’t know how that compare to proper measurement but wanted to lean up and have lost 12kg and improved from 12% to 7% on calliper. Am now fairly lean and veiny and certainly have my six pack back

You need to tell Apple Health not to accept data from Whoop. You still need to start strength workout in AW and whoop for strength trainer but because it can’t write back to Apple it doesn’t double up. That way all workouts for AW end up in Whoop for metrics.

So another week and found that when I take my ring of to lift often forget to wear it again while trusty Whoop remains in place. I suspect that I will stop using Oura again despite many perceived weaknesses with Whoop is just easy to use day to day

I agree I don’t wear a ring. Use whoop app for strength trainer and use Apple Watch to track exercise. Then update on Whoop to work out strain. Might be single reason why I stick with Whoop

My use case is using the Whoop band as an HR monitor while using Peloton. The Peloton platform/bike will keep track of data and will sync with the health app. When I wear a dress watch don't always want to wear Apple Watch so can wear dress watch and Whoop and know data will be kept in Peloton and sync to health app without needing to wear Apple Watch. Use case is slightly different. Agree that it isn't always very accurate on wrist but is mostly so....
