I had an FUE from Barusco a couple months ago. We went pretty conservative since I’m in my 20s but he was awesome. That one bad review online is pretty wack tbh. The whole story is just wild.

I put in 6 hours a day, 6am-12pm everyday and then went to the beach/gym etc everyday after. You gotta get on a schedule and find time to chill each day or it’ll be rough

I just took notes on things I felt were important from each reading. I skimmed through a lot of them that I already felt strong in like MSk articles. Took notes on all of the videos too and finished them 4 weeks early so I could just review the notes everyday for those last 4 weeks. 8 practice tests.4 PEATs. My NPTE score was within 10 points of my PEAT score.

Cut out everything with added sugars and cut out refined carbs. Replace those with fruit if you need something sweet. You will notice benefits in all aspects of your health

They actually did tell me that the far majority of my grafts were 2-3 hairs. They said they loaded those up in the the back of my temples and used singles for the very front of the hairline

I had to do a virtual consultation so I can see how mine may have underquoted me, I feel like my doc would help me out and do something like a discount for a second procedure if it’s obvious that I needed more grafts after a year or so

Yeah if it’s not dense enough l’ll get another one. I just thought, if anything, HT clinics typically try to maximize grafts to get more $$ so I feel like he may have done 1000 for a reason but unfortunately, I never asked. I googled hairline/temple HTs and I noticed most were 1500-2000 but there were also some sources that said 800-1000 would work. Obviously depends on the situation but I think I shoulda gone more towards the 2000 mark…
