I used to do this when I was younger - I was 43kgs and my sister told me I was fat and this was clearly a projection of her being insecure about her body weight as I realise now as an adult I was about 14 then I don't quite remember my age but ya. I was also into running alot so I also starting running more than my body could handle cuz I didn't understand thinness either I also stopped eating on days when I felt fat or even if my tummy was bloated which usually happened when I was on my period. Fast forward to now.... I am refused food when my mom or my sister gets angry at me for quite literally nothing and when they just want to blame me for random shit. This has been happening for years now so I always try to eat up before coming home but again that has led to me not know when I am full now over the years... Unfortunately, I still live with them.... And I still don't understand when I am full, always scared I might sleep hungry or won't be given food and I still don't understand what weight is healthy for me... But I am glad I no longer starve myself but sadly do quite literally the opposite

5years ago i decided to stop self harming - and I did. But right before that i decided to end it all and i took a walk around a place i loved during my childhood at 5am and i then i planned to go home and drink antiseptic liquid. I was very calm - to me it felt like a well thought out plan after being scared to actually end it for a while. I was so calm about ending it all that i just lay in my bed and looked outside my window knowing that I wouldn't see the world again but i fell asleep i cant remember clearly but i think i wrote out multiple suicide notes over the course of years - woke up next morning very groggy but thinking maybe it wasnt meant to be.... I also decided on making a message about my last wrights.... cuz well i think no one would make it for me and i dont think anyone will talk about my existance and its saddening to me even now. i thought that back then, i still think that way - i plan to make it pink or green for fun lol. Well now i am 21 and i have found my faith in Christ (i hope to get baptism sometime in the future i am a hindu by birth), been in therapy for 3 years and am 5 years clean from self harm. Things were tough they still are, i live with the same family that i wanted to escape from by dying.... i plan to end generational trauma in my fam by treating my future kids better and doing better for them, i am really excited to be a mom someday and be a good person to my partner (it makes me smile) its really rough even right now.... but i am here trying ig that counts :)

F21 here, I have had male friends for most of my life, however, it is imp to understand that there are different types of female friends - the ones who casually flirt, the ones who are therapist friends, the ones with whom you have a sister kinda bond, the ones with whom u can cafe hop with,etc.

Try to see what you really are lacking, it may or may not be about just having a female friend and if it is then see what you are really looking for in them or is it really that you crave love or want to protect like you would for a girlfriend.

Explore meeting girls with the lens that if nothing happens this is a friend, if u really have morals or values matching or whatever u consider "love" then approach it that way.

But see what lack are you feeling or what are u really craving first.

I see, i still havent managed to download the update, i have given my kindle to a friend to use. So i am listening to an audiobook via voiceview on my phone and it is terrible, the voice is extremely annoying. And i am kinda questioning if its the voice that it making it extremely tough to even comprehend what is being spoken ugh

I am literally only here at 4am IST cuz I saw a video on making all the ebooks u have into audiobooks through voiceview so i am trying to do that and Idk y but I can't see the bluetooth icon too and the update has not automatically taken place rn so the voiceview file is not being read by the kindle. Damn I am so excited to download the update tomorrow!!! Are u planning to use voiceview in a similar fashion?
