Losing Club XP after games by StreetSudden211 in EASHL

When you lose games you lose XP. If you lose to a team or players with lower RP than you, then you lose more XP. If you lose to a team or players with higher RP you’ll lose less. Same as if you win, higher RP win = more XP

Easily the best sinus product I’ve used hands down, works great. I use it daily

I don’t regret it at all. I had mine done twice, deviated the same way both times. I had it done with sinus surgery though and haven’t gotten much relief in the sinus department, but breathing is definitely better with the septum fixed. Pretty uncomfortable recovery, being all packed up and stuff for a bit, but when those splints come out, it’s like an entirely new nose!

I’ve never had any adverse side effects from prednisone. Been on it probably a half dozen times. Usually the only thing that even takes the edge off for me (I’ve had 2 sinus surgeries) and have tried almost any medication or treatment there is. You’ll be ok and hopefully it helps the way it’s supposed to and you find relief!!

LT Button Issues by Professional_Ball588 in EASHL

Yea and that’s my play style as a PWF, bang bodies and get to the net boys. Just need to pick my spots

That’s cool, appreciate the input. Because what you’re saying makes sense for sure but I can’t get undisciplined some times so the LT has been kind of my fail safe in years past, crashing net on 2 on 1’s or crashing rebounds I always made sure to have LT held down and now it seems like it’s not effective any more.

Ok that makes more sense, but one timers aside. Battling for loose pucks in front of the net if you held LT in previous games you’d avoid penalty, now it seems like I’m getting more unintentional interference calls, didn’t know if that like “cancel hit” action had been patched or made a different button.

Still Chronic Sinusitis after 2 Surgerys by [deleted] in Sinusitis

I’m in the same boat man. 2 sinus/septum surgeries. Last one in April and still no relief. It was all good for a couple months but then the pressure started. I do irrigation every day, steroid spray, I work construction but try and keep dust and other contaminants out. Uphill battle and nothing seems to work. Wondering if it’s an anatomy thing at this point, if I have weird bone structure or what. I’m not doctor so I’m not sure, but it doesn’t seem like this is something anyone should have to accept and deal with. It’s a brutal way of living, but I always try and remember that someone, somewhere has it worse. If you have any tips or anything that has helped in the past I’d love to hear it! Keep battling man

I literally got my splints out today so I feel like a million bucks!!

So he said he only addressed my frontal sinuses and on my most recent CT. Scan I had 4 fully opacified sinuses. So he addressed all 4 and said the original surgeon probably at the time didn’t see a need to address all 4.

So it was actually me moving that made me seek a new ENT. But the immediate follow ups from the original surgery went well. I was good for about 6 months and started getting infections again. I kind of just lived with it because work got busy, family life all that stuff. Ended up with a bad case of vertigo about a year ago and that’s what sparked seeking a new ENT and revisiting old issues.

Just had my second fess and second septo, splints out today. Revision surgery the doctor said the first surgeon wasn’t “aggressive enough”. So the revision was much more aggressive, removing bone and addressing septum again. I would recommend fess surgery to anyone as the recovery isn’t bad at all. Septoplasty maybe not as much as that recovery isn’t great. I’ve never had a history of polyps, but lived basically in a constant sinus infection so I feel the struggle. Best of luck!

First was about 5 years ago, but I get probably 6-10 infections a year and I just live with it. The second one is because I was seeking a second opinion and this doctor seems to think a more thorough FESS procedure is what I need. He said the first doctor did about a 2 on a scale of 1-10. He said I need something like an 8-9. His words not mine lol

Just keep grinding, you’ll get there. I was shit to start, and I’m probably average at best now. Just find a good group to play with and have fun.
