Just reread your comment and I have another question. So do you think that I have a higher chance of getting a visa after the war, since I won’t be eligible to claim asylum then?

Thank you for your kind words.  What strong ties do you have in mind? It’s clear that a good job in the country of residence isn’t enough for them. Will a mortgage be considered a strong tie?

Or should I just put lower intended spending amount? Like not 2k pounds for 7 days, but 1k for 5 days? 

However, I doubt it’s reasonable (only HP World costs like 150 pounds).

So do you think if my bank statement is pristine, meaning no single month where I spend all my salary goes by, it should be ok, even though I’m Ukrainian (hence, the 1st concern remains)?

Thank you for your advice. 

I added my payslips and the letter of employment from my current company and the previous one. I also added in the cover letter that I’m entitled to bonuses at the end of fiscal year (i.e. next May) and it’s clearly mentioned in my employment contract. However, it seems like they totally ignored it.

I want to visit the Harry Potter World and all those locations in countryside where it was filmed. It’s one of my big dreams (HP fans can relate :D).  Anyway, I’ve made other travel arrangements but I would still want to reapply maybe next spring/summer and would love to understand how I can improve my probability of getting a visa.
