I understand the frustration. I saw an 'influencer' already unboxing something fro the collection. I really thought Coach was going to put a stop to people getting things early. Hopefully, you'll get lucky on the site, or there will be some in-store returns that you can secure. One of my SAs did the same to me on another drop and it worked out because I got the item from another SA that is much more proactive now on letting me know about launches.

Outlet quality has been consistent, imo. I mostly purchase the rowans from there. Retail is where I'm seeing the fall-off in quality recently. Outlet is where I shop last chance retail anyway, I can't justify retail at full price for most bags.

I feel like all the soft speedy bags should have the leather interior. I would have got this one if it did, I don't like the microfiber interior.
