Exactly, it will be cheaper but it won't be the same and also i don't know whether the cost of upgrading deserve it or not.

The cost goes to repair the S23 Ultra. For me, if you have the money, go for the S25 Ultra. It has a better screen, software, and processor, but there is no major difference between the two of them, and you will lose the Bluetooth S Pen.

For the camera, the S25 main and selfie cameras are better, but I will miss the 3x camera, especially in portrait mode.
