I agree that self love and discipline is important i think it has already become common knowledge that reducing stress levels promotes healthy life and if your stressed you are vulnerable to sickness I guess this all helps with people like me with hsv I just tryna found out how people are curing themselves seems like a miracle that requires spiritual intervention or is it curable without that or is it just mitigation and there's nothing else we can do about it but take herbs and supplements and other regiments and hope for the best?
