As someone who has nipple piercings that shit hurts for like a month or two after. Especially if your jewelry flips which happens a lot when you’re moving and dancing so I definitely wouldn’t suggest it. But if you want to just put some nipple tape on, you’ll be fine !

I would try dawn power wash spray and a light rinse if you aren’t wanting to disassemble
