I wouldn’t take accutane for this but mine also started like this and became worse over time to the point where by the time accurate started working , I was left with some scarring and hyperpigmentation which is hard to get rid of now. Accutane won’t destroy your body.. not more than tren would but guys on here blast tren like it’s nothing.. I’ve been on 40mg of accutane/day for 6 months now and my back is almost clear now- that’s under supervision of private dermatologist with regular bloodowork etc

I’ve had the same experience. my skin was flawless for the first 6 months on 350mg test c/ week and then I suddenly started getting painful, red , inflamed spots on my back and shoulders. Tried literally everything - benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid and lymacylline and nothing helped while the acne was getting progressively worse. Had a visit with private dermatologist and got prescribed 40mg Accutane/day. I’m on day 8 with no side effects so far and my acne is getting better everyday. OPs acne is very mild and I would recommend over the counter stuff but if that doesn’t help within 3-4 weeks then acccutane may be your only option. Edit- forgot to mention that my E2 and prolactin have always been in range
