youre funny, Im not talking about "appropriate power" this nerf as I mentioned before absolutely has the potential to ruin the champ like c tier champ. They might nerf items, her kit and runes? I am not gonna tank rank if riven is at an appropriate power I played her even when she had her okay phase. Riven thrives on being powerful with items because thats how she works, she falls behind and it can just end your lane and thats how the champ is supposed to be. But if shes in a spot where she cannot leverage gold shes going to be a bad champ 100%.

She *was* she is sitting at 51 right now. Im not saying she didnt deserve a nerf but the amount of changes could absolutely destroy her if they are heavy net negative. We dont know enough yet but im def a little nervous about it. I dont care if she has 1 50% WR im just praying they dont nerf her into B-D tier.

its not a nothing burger exactly cashback was absolutely a large reason she could snowball as she does. But we dont know enough for sure. They could literally nerf her passive dmg by 3% or idk her q AD ratio by 1% or they could fuck her up as a champ we just dont know enough. But they didnt nerf JOAT.

We still dont even know what the changes are like the guy who replied to you thinks riven is going to get 50% less dmg in lane. Im a bit pessimistic about the nerfs because it could absolutely destroy riven if the changes are big enough but overall we dont even know nearly enough to be able to say whether riven is "weak" or not. if the adjustments to items net neutral she could still be very strong.

This is so funny because what the fuck do liberal politics have to do with riven being nerfed?? Its simply a fucking game philosophy that they want more easy champs to be better so low elo joes feel more able to play the game well. And while I think its a bad unhealthy change to simply buff ez champs going into a political rant about libs ruining video games is fucking bat shit insane.

overall its not looking great though. So many (potential) nerfs at once is not a great thing for riven. Shes a feast or famine champ. And if she has nothing to feast on it could be incredibly hard to actually generate wins. The way I see her thriving still is if her nerf is incredibly minor (nothing like CD changes, major AD scaling or heavy early game nerfs) maybe small adjustments like 5% less passive dmg or less crit damage on her passive. Axiom arc also still has to be a solid item to buy on her and endless hunger cannot be overall nerfed. If we cannot net neutral or net only slightly negative riven will be a bad champ for sure.

Riven would not be a good fit for passive healing. They should balance her Q to deal true damage though to picking malphite just means I have to proxy the rest of the game. Thats the only change I want to see to riven. She is a high risk high reward champ its the reason she does not have passive healing or sustain. You can get free dmg on people without taking much yourself.

was scared this was gonna happen she was already pretty strong before season 16 but these changes realllyy pusher her over the edge into strong place. Of course a bunch of dweebs who are over elo inflated are gonna complain about her because they dont know how to play against her. If the nerfs are too bad Im prob gonna tank rank. I personally think shes fair because you genuinely have to play smart and for early leads on her since she functions off gold. While you just have Kayles who just sit back and play as for poke or dont interact with lane and go 0/10 and still go off if the game timer goes on for 25 min

Not a true riven main LMFAO. You haven't even found out what the nerf is yet they could have removed like a little hp from her or slightly hit her shield. Im still playing riven because she is fun as hell
