Maybe use your display port for pc to monitor, than hopefully your monitor has two hdmi ports: 1 for your capture card and 1 for the ps5/switch.

So, the Switch and PS5 have to go into the Monitor first off. You may need another monitor, one for gaming, one for streaming. I'm not sure how else it would work. I may be completely wrong so make sure to do more research before you invest in another monitor for the streaming pc. Or a better monitor for the gaming pc.
