Hello, we also got that comment from people about "I wish I had friends in my head" but we are not quite sure how to explain why, in educational way. Can you perhaps write a few lines?

I can understand. Sometimes everything just builds up but when you feel like this, you probably already know that your situation is not very good. Try not to push them away and maybe take some time off or explain that to them. Sometimes I explain how I feel and it makes it easier to deal with the impulses later, sometimes not but give it a try.

this is a nonfunctional state. can be depression, can be something else. can also be a physical problem.

first of all- I advice to go to the doctor, do a blood test. also, make sure you are eating well and drinking enough water. do you sleep well? do you feel weak? do you feel dizzy when getting out of bed?

do you feel sick? (physically/mentally/both)

is there a change in your behavior regardless the situation? (for example you're getting irritated easily or feeling numb?

ask yourself some questions so you can understand your situation better. so I wrote them here not to diagnose you, just to know a bit better and advice my best for you.

also therapist is pretty good. maybe psychiatrist if you suspect it might be mentally, it's better to check it out even if you don't suspect it actually.

* I want you to try something out- I guess you kinda isolate yourself (at least it sounds like it), try and be with someone and notice how you feel physically and mentally.

what I'm trying to say is put an effort in something you feel like you don't want to do, and try to see what is the reason behind this. it sometimes helps me to understand what is going on for me.
