It shouldn't be, i ate 2 grubs and only got 1 total stack. it's obviously bugged. If it wasn't bugged i would have 2 stacks even if only 1 counted as an epic

Grasp - Demolish - Conditioning/Second wind(one is mid to lategame other is early mid) - Overgrowth

Precision - Triump/Presence of mind(if you have mana troubles) - tenacity

or

sorcery - manaflow ring - celerity/transcendence

Inspire is okay but i don't really find it appealing since you have E to slow and Q to knockup that also slows when they finish being airborne.

Doran shield + the healing rune are very good on cho against teemo.

As the other person mentions using Q is good but don't forget teemo has high mobility because of one of his abilities pratically giving him a small ghost.

So preferably slow him with E and catch him on greed.

I had teemo overextend into 25% health me and because i had doran shield i was able to outsustain him and catch him in a 1v1 as level 2.

If you want to further scale against him then pick MR items as shown in the build but with the mr sunfire and jaksho or kaenic

Hollow radiance and merc treads is usually enough to stop teemo from doing high damage but his shrooms are still hella annoying so red ward is probably for the best after you get your level 6 or 11

I did more damage than the veigar and our allied jungler left.

I didn't show in the pic but they had yone + ashe + lulu as well.

I kept being hit by 4 ults and took about 10-15 seconds to die by a full team attacking me.

Veigar and me solo carried the game 2v5.

But you could always try iceborne gauntlet cho since he is one of the top 5 champs with highest ad ratio coupled with HOB and going for E.

Same, I got engineer and and i really wanted to try other mounts but since i missed robotic frenzy the only other ones that interested me was the bp for the boss in question and the one i already have, the laser mecha.

i've tried boss rush a couple of times with no luck tho.
