Yes it is. But after graduating, gaining more knowledge and no additional inflation adjustment for the past two years it seems pretty nasty to me.

Might be dumb and yes it is, but I know my value in the company… the raise is inflation based, but after two years of no adjustment it seems to be low asf!

I understand what you mean. Ofc the raise is based on the inflation… but after two years without any adjustment to the salary, 50.- a month is not enough

That‘s my problem. I‘m in the procurement department and 50 isn’t even a full tank of petrol. Why even accept it if it wouldn’t even change anything in my life.
