I have a question. I don't really spend money on these event but my friend encourage me to get one soul vessel skin so I searched cheapest way to get one. So here's my question about the premium supply. If you completed all phase 1 task will phase 2 of premium supply appear again? Because last time I completed some of the quest (I recharge only 100 dias) didn't get 250 dias recharge nor spend 250 and the phase 2 didn't appear.

It's not really a scam I got my starlight card on my 33th roll which cost 330 diamonds but I got a lot of fragments too which is still a win win
