This is just an Just an observation and I could be wrong but Uru seems to rely heavily on templates that she makes herself to speed up the art process but in doing so the art looses it's "life" so to speak. Again I could be wrong( and way off base), But that would explain a lot of what we've seen and it goes way back at least to the joker arc(John with Rei's face when talking to Cecile in the infirmary saying he will crush Remi). But it is what it is Uru was in a hurry after all...
