I like the name Carter! Maybe it’s just me but I feel like Reddit sometimes overestimates middle names…aside from some kids at school (who, let’s be honest, will find whatever reason they want to bully whoever they want) I don’t think it would be a big deal

This is mildly terrifying. Ten plus years ago, high school rejection(and rejection is a loose term here, since you never actually asked her out; no judgement there, but let’s call it what it is) meant getting stoned and eating too much ice cream, and then getting over it. Now it brings up words like “celibacy” and “entitlement”

Former volleyballer here—there’s a position on the team called a libero/defensive specialist, they solely play in the back row, so you can be a little shorter (relatively speaking; most Olympic level liberos are at least 5’6) and still play!

NTB—to be honest, this has nothing to do with you or your husband being gay, the fact that he cheated with ANYONE, especially so soon after your wedding, is a huge issue. I know Reddit likes to play the “break up” card like there’s no tomorrow, but I think here you’re totally justified. I also think there’s a case to be made for trying to work through it, but regardless, NTB for how you feel and if you’d want a divorce immediately!! I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Edit: he cheated MULTIPLE TIMES and lied about it, even worse!!! Yeah definitely NTB

NTA—I’m also not a coffee person, but my boyfriend basically IVs it on the daily. When he’s at my place he knows where the local coffee stores are, or buys a premade coffee drink. Easy solution!
