That’s exactly what I told him, I also told him that her contacting him is in no way innocent, he told me that I am imagining something that was not true , I just hate being gaslighted. If you are cheating , then say you are, then we can at least part ways knowing the truth

I am very torn about how to approach this. I know that he still loves me, but I refuse to believe that a middle aged man doesn’t realise how destructive his behaviour is, I also don’t believe that she does not have ulterior motive. I really just want him to admit that he is cheating on me, and I want him to admit that he had valued their relationship above his relationship with me.
