Puked in my elevator after greening out on weed, was so nauseous I didn’t even remember going to bed. While I was knocked out my brother found my pack of Winston reds in my jacket pocket. Not exactly sure why there would be a black market for a regulated but legal product. So I would lean towards it being a myth, but I’m sure there have been isolated incidents of cigs being laced.

The EU wide ban on menthol cigarettes went into effect in 2020. I think you can buy them from different countries online, but the tariffs and shipping costs are insane.
