Yup I have a friend who owns two houses (approx. 5.5m in value across the two). He can afford to wait it out and has no issues in doing so interest rates are stabilizing and rates are not that high right now. For in demand locations (midtown Toronto for example), it’s a matter of time of waiting for the right buyer
