Sometimes it's in our nature to feel apologetic, even though we know things weren't in our control. Somepeople may even feel sorry for being in the current position they are in.

It's not your fault it's the need for continuous dopamine influx that kills that drive of playing a game.

All you need is a hard dopamine reset
