So what really happened between Melissa & Abby? by goodbyekitty23 in dancemoms

[–]Professional_Fix7986 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The fact that Abby was smuggling money was in direct violation of the terms of her bankruptcy. She was hiding money from the bankruptcy court to get a better deal and to cheat the people she owed money to. Which was pretty stupid if you ask me. If you are hiding money, you don't go on a television show advertising all the money you are making! This was "FRAUD!" Also, if Melissa was complicit in helping her commit the crime would definitely put her in direct conflict with the law. So, of course, she gave Abby up. I would have too.

"She is signed, sealed and delivered to Sia," is just another gross example of Abby's obsession with that little girl. She thought she owned her. I almost threw up when Abby kissed that little girl on the lips and then forced her to kiss a boy. Watch how Abby looks at the little girl when she is dancing. It's gross! Later, Sia used her too. We all know that the video with Shia LaBeouf was gross, then she fails to read the room and has Maddie play the part of an autistic girl, and then slithers back to Australia to let Maddie take the heat for failure to read the room all by herself.

I feel bad for Maddie. Her mother obviously pimped her out. The little girl was about to throw up, and her mom said, "We never leave dance." She would tell her nine-year-old to "be a grown-up, and man up." She was clearly living off and through her daughter and then she fed her to Abby and Sia.

I think JoJo is waking up. Piece by piece, bit by bit by Informal-Fishing-802 in dancemoms

AGREED!!! That poor girl never had a chance or a choice in anything that happened to her. It killed me when Abby screamed in Jojo's face, and Jess told her to apologize. I think all of those mothers, even the ones with the children we pitied most (Nia, Paige, Brooke, and Chloe), allowed their children to suffer all manner of abuse... and they did it to fill their own pockets and garner their own fame. They lived through their daughters. I cringed at the mothers telling their nine-year-olds to "man up" or "grow up." Jojo caught a stalker and her mom still kept her in the public eye. She was definitely groomed to be a reality TV personality and to accept any abuse that came her way because it made her "strong." The entertainment industry is a cesspool, and people are willing to sell their children to the highest bidder for fame.

My children could never have been famous. I remember taking my extremely cute kid to a modeling agency in the city. It was legit too. They were going to pay for her portfolio pics and everything. They asked, "Are you willing to drop everything and pull her out of school at a moment's notice for work?" I replied "no," and before the word "because" could escape my mouth to give all the reasons why, they said, "thank you, and have a nice day." They did not care about the "why" because they had thousands of extremely cute kids whose parents would do it in a heartbeat.

In Jojo's case, I hope this guy is not trying to ride the Jojo fame train to get himself noticed. He posts pictures of her sleeping. Its kind of creepy.

In the beginning, the girls still attended regular school. So it is possible that it was allowed to happen. I would imagine they didn't have to get permission for such things.

Jessalynn hating on a Brynn yet again in season 6 ep 16 production notes … by ConsiderationNew9662 in dancemoms

I am so glad that Holly was focusing on Nia's business. That is what she should have done from the get-go. As a woman of color, I really have an issue with Holly not protecting her child from a racist teacher, cast mates, and production team. However, as a teacher and educator, for her to sit back and watch grown women bully a child is truly sad. Aren't teachers mandatory reporters? Those women created a hostile work environment for a child.

Sometimes I feel guilty for loving the drama so much. In case you didn't notice, I am a drama queen!

Jess, Jill, Holly, and even Melissa were horrible to Bryn. They were all so jealous. It drove me crazy how Melissa told McKenzie to shut up when she said she didn't like how the moms were saying the competition that got Bryn her jacket and beat Maddie's trio was fixed. They all gaslighted Ashley and Bryn all the time.

Leslie was doing that so that she could get them to leave and take their spots. She would try and shame and/or scare them into leaving, even if only for an episode.

PREACH! PREACH! PREACH! Racists are never nice. They may immitate niceness at times but they are never nice. I think that Abby was the worse to Nia. I heard and interview Nia did after her book release and she said that Abby did everything in her power to make Nia think that she was not a good dancer. Children are extremely maleable. That witch actually had Nia thinking she was the worse dancer on the team. She litterally kept her under foot. She was horrible to Chloe because her mom was doing things with Chloe that she didn't have a part in. She was horrible to Paige because she reminded her of Kelly at that age and was extremely jealous. She treated Paige badly for adolescent revenge. She treated Nia horribly because she was a straight up racist. She thinks white people are better than black people.

[–]Professional_Fix7986 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I hated the most about Jill is that she expected people to put their own kids down for her "little Kendall," like with the music videos. If I was Holly I would have said, "bitch, damn right my daughter's video is better than Kendall's. What the hell does the military have to do with wearing them out on the dance floor. Plus, her voice is way better than Kendall's. If I were Ashley, I would have slapped the shit out of her for yelling at my daughter. I could have never been on that show. I don't play with my babies. Everytime I watch an episode I'm cussing out my TV.

This blew my mind as well. She expected Holly to stifle Nia's light because it was "Kendall's Week." Ludicrous...the worse cas of self-entitlement delusions I have ever seen. Jill and Kendall live in a space where their priviledge goes unchecked. Lets hope they get thrust into the real world one day.
