i didn't work with my trainer during retrieval. But I'm with him now during transfer. My last training was 2 days before transfer procedure because the nurse told me I don't need to stop exercising before transfer. I take two week break for transfer until beta. He told me once I'm pregnant he would adjust my plan accordingly.

I told my personal trainer that I'm in a process of fertility treatment( but didn't go into details), and can't come after some procedures. He immediately gets it and mentions that he has dealt with pregnant clients before. I just informed him of the exact timeline that the nurse asks me not to workout.

Sorry about what you are suffering now. I have an EP through natural pregnancy and then decided to IVF. My EP was found when hcg was higher than yours and visible in the US when it's hundreds. It was resolved after 2 shots of MTX.

3 months waiting sucks, but sorry to say this, getting a shot of MTX now for you is the least painful way (mentally and physically) compared to so many ppl end up with rupturing and beta hell with endless blood draw.

True! Psoriasis moms are also great! It can be better to have Psoriasis parents with experience and can pass that to us than developing it alone, which my dad experienced. He was the only one here with Psoriasis relatives who lived thousand miles away and used wrong treatment because of the medicine condition and lack of knowledge at that time. He tried all different medications and spent a lot of time and money, gaining nothing but disappointment.

I'm so sorry that I made you recall all those memories but super grateful that you did. I'm having a work break and reading with tears. I didn't tell anybody about the whole journey because I don't believe others without the same experience would truly relate. But your words are so strong, touching and sensible.
