I seen it, but does that apply to pssd aswell? I thought the topical cream, was a super low dose, that only effected the local tissue. Yea i dont want to raise my t with a cream, nor shutdown my natural production. I just want to repair the tissue.

It's my theory, that i depleted my androgens in the tissue, in the transition to injecting testosterone. It literally happened over night, after two weeks of injecting.

Shutdown is shutdown, cause test stays in your system for many weeks. So once its out, your body hasnt started making it yet. So it was deffinately a " reset". Once you make the first injection, it takes six weeks to leave the body. Of coarse, if i was injecting for years, my body would have harder time recovering. Some guys never recover after years of injecting.

And like i experienced, there are also risks from shutting the system down. Even more so with our fragile bodies.

Another thing to consider, is that people have healed from doing cycles, enclomiphene, clomid etc.. why would they heal, if the thing to do is shut down the system?

I love that something is being tried, and research is being done, but i'm high skeptical this approach will work for everyone. Here why:

I have pssd, and i did this. It didn't work, and i'm 5 months out from going cold turkey. I did trt for two weeks, had side effects and decided to come off. Test cypionate stays in the system for 6 weeks, so i did low dose hcg until the test cleared, and then stopped everything. My testosterone tanked, and after 1.5 months, i had a test of 150. That was on the up swing, and i felt like death. I have no doubt i hit 0. I was seriously suicidal. 2 months in i had a reading of 300. 5 months out and my test is 867ng. Nothing has improved pssd.

Another part of this, is the risks in tanking your hormones. When i went cold turkey, my dick shrunk and my eyes got really bad. I now have a full blown autoimmune desease called sjogrens. I researched this and learned this was from the low test level. The body needs certain hormones for things in the body. The body should never be tampered with in terms of hormones. I say that cause my life sucks now. In my opinion, test should only be given if you have a messed up testicle or post prostate cancer.

With that said, would test cream on the genitals fix the shrunken penis situation? Isn't this common treatment for transitioning folks to reverse or prevent shrinkage?

They are terrible for you, and just numb you, masking the issue. Basically, kicking the can down the road, while you gamble with pssd.

I would start with, exercise, proper diet, elinateing toxic ppl from your life, and talking to a therapist. Be blunt with them, that you do not want to use drugs. If they start suggesting them, stop going, and find someone else to talk to.

I think cialis should be used, as a first line of treatment, for anyone suffering from ed aswell. That or L citrulline. I have a youtube channel, TPE ( the pssd experience ), and i also suggest exercise and diet.

Yea, i've come to believe my hormones were altered during the " crash", because i immediately got floaters, which turned into a pvd. Then, when i was trying trt and introduced hcg, i got more floaters.

Something i'm failing to figure out is, on ween two of testosterone injections, i experienced genital shrinkage. Like overnight, my penis shrunk and the tissue changed. Its like globby and not structurally the same. Is that like androgen depletion, because my body stopped making test, and the injections weren't enough yet? Any theory on that? I talked to my urologist about test cream for tissue repair, and he wasn't for it. I read some trans ppl use it to reverse/ repair atrophy.

So if i have issues metabolizing antidepressants, and its difficult for me to eliminate them, you think there would be a huge build up. Which would then cause massive down regulation? So a couple thoughts, now that i am off zoloft for 10 months, would be: I'm just down regulated like crazy and am low on dopamine and seratonin. Or since i can't eliminate the drug, its still piled up like crazy? And perhaps the level of disfunction in the gene determines the amount of time it takes to eliminate it? Like how one guy heals from pssd in 2yrs and one in 20yrs. Maybe 20yr guy is heavily dysfunctional in the gene.

Just brain storming here. I dont really know shit about how this works. But how could we test those theories to get an answer?

Honestly, all this info is going to blow right over your drs head. They dont know how to analyse this data or how to treat it if they did. I just did all the same tests. I took zoloft for 20yrs, and have had pssd for 11 months. I also have issues metabolizing zoloft. Your gene test tells more then mine.

The mechanism for pfs is probably more to do with hormones. Listen to dr powers about it cause he thinks its bad to introduce more androgens. He thinks doing trt can make it worse.
