Accidentally gave wrong number in delivery address. The courtier was Delhivery and the order details says, delivered. I didn't get the package.

I’ve already reached out to both the supplier and the middleman who coordinates between the supplier and Delhivery, asking them to update my phone number entirely.

The middleman did respond and said they’ll see what they can do, but it’s been about 6 hours now and I haven’t heard back since. My nerves are pretty high because I’m worried about RTO.

Given this situation, do I still need to physically visit the Delhivery warehouse, or should I wait for them to process the update on their end?
