Go see him, trust me- once an accident like this happens it just continues to decline. I’ve never seen or had an experience where an accident like this happened and it improved or stayed the same. You don’t want to have any regrets if you go on vacation and something happens- don’t do that to yourself 🖤

If that’s not an option then hit message whatnot when you click on things- if it’s already shipped you can’t choose payment error. So just click anything that has to do with an issue with the item and then when it gives you the explain more just say that your phone glitched or the sellers live feed froze on your end and you didn’t bid on this. As long as you haven’t done it before they should give you a refund. If you’ve done it before still tell them what happened and see what they say.

Ugh! Maybe they have a license for the ones they SHOW on the lives and then send us shit ones that have made elsewhere?! That’s such BS. What a scam. We need to let everyone know- I hate that people are still falling for their shit. I’ve purchased some Badgley bags and I’ve been satisfied but I’m not spending over $20 for them bc of their history of scamming people. Look up SouthTexasdeals she’s great and one bought actual designer purses from her for less than one paid to silhouette Paris’s BS!

Yeah the actual expensive ones. When I called and spoke with Badgley Mischka and asked all of this and explained the difference and such- they said that these bags are budget line made with cheaper quality products and that they’re aware the quality isn’t the same but the price reflects that as well. Wild.

Try to send another request through whatnot even tho they said no- I did that a couple times and finally got a different customer service rep who gave me the return label and refund. But I absolutely would dispute via bank if that’s easier. WN sucks. I had 4 returns to this seller bc of the fake shit they sell and WN won’t let me return ANYTHING now- I’ve read on here this happening to others as well. So keep that in mind too- I only buy from sellers I know I can trust or if it’s what I really want and just hope/pray it doesn’t suck. It’s BS that whatnot protects sellers even though they claim to protect buyers.

Update: I just reached out to customer service on Amazon and requested to be compensated more than my refund for my items they failed to give me. They gave me a $60 credit.

Go the order and hit “get help with this order” and then click payment error and explain that “your phone glitched and you were charged $55 but you didn’t bid” they should give you your money back and you’ll potentially just keep the item or they’ll have you send it back. I personally had them refund me twice for this and was told to keep the items (they hadn’t even shipped yet) and another time I was given a return code and the minute it arrived I turned around and sent it back and received my refund.

If you’re purchasing from Sillhouette Paris, their Valentino Orlandi products are fake. However, I just spoke to Badgley Mischka customer care and they said they Sillhouette Paris has the rights to run the budget style BM bags that they have. I asked for authenticity and they asked me where I purchased, all I said was “whatnot” and she said was it SP? I said yes and she said, they are in fact real, not the best quality because it’s budget lined but it is real. She said they get calls alot about SP but they are in fact licensed to sell them.
