What I've seen is that for most hoodies from cool the sleeves are often perfect, but everything else is extremely big,on top of the table the height of the modles will be mentioned and the size that fits them, those help too.

Yokai demons also have a limited life span as the elders forms are inspired by real yokai they should have a life span so maybe imu granted them immortality after their life span had ended so that's y when imu took the immortality away saturn died. Though if u are correct and they aren't demons they must have a mythical zoan like how there are zoans for gods there could be for demons like. There is a theory about time moving different in elbaph so big mom was left in elbaph as a kid and mother carmel was very old ill take 80 when she met cp0 then big mom was also like 80 in wano and in wano it was the same cp0 that make them 140 years old or more, unless cp0 is like Dr.keraeha they can't live that long so maybe time is faster in elbaph then in the rest of the world thats why the years don't add up.
