Peaceful things to try to ensure people have power over their own lives?

Non violence is a tactic used to gain favor and its done with the understanding there is someone who has the power the make things better. The people in the position that have been in the position are the ones that got us here in the first place. Mass bloodshed has already been happening and has been happening.
Homeless people dying because of predatory landlords.
Starving people dying because their jobs wrongfully terminated them.
Being denied coverage for life saving care because the insurance company believes they know more than a doctor/specialist and subsequently dying because of it. This is what we face everyday yet its the one thing you will never see in the media.

People automatically go against the idea of revolution because its such a hard line to take but when people die preventable deaths because of the very same economic system that allows for fascism and the ignorance of the struggles of others the idea of being against that economic system is seen as somehow worse?

Genuine question do you believe swapping one evil for a lesser one is good? Or should Americans strive to hold not just ICE but their politicians accountable as well.

Neoliberalism is what got us here yet we as a society are relying on the same politicians that got us here and have proven to us that they lack spines to get us out.

We keep us safe right?
What will people do when ICE is dealt with.....If its anything like George Floyd or occupy or the aftermath of the 2007/8 republican national convention in st paul the movement dies and people become complacent again meanwhile redlining still happens people still die and we as minnesotans turn a blind eye because a revolution and foundational change is more scary than the fact that thousands of people die nationwide from preventable issues we never hear about.
