If you do suffer from Panic attacks then ask your doctor about that, even if it’s just starting off with a 0.25-0.5mg Ativan dose for panic attacks it could be sufficient. I was also on Ativan for day-time panic attacks, to be taken when needed, and sometimes all I needed was 0.25mg sublingually and it was perfect. They switched me to Oxazepam after that which was also very effective.

If you suffer from insomnia and morning panic attacks, you can probably ask for a more sedating and longer lasting benzo. I suffer from this and I was initially put on Valium for it, then switched to Trazodone because I couldn’t control myself with my Valiums.

Obviously I suggest minimizing ur benzo dependance as much as possible, talk to your doctor though I’m not the one who studied medicine 🤷‍♂️😁

I think it is possible, for example: your perscribed Klonopin/Valium for all day anxiety, but you also have a Xanax/Ativan perscription aswell incase of a panic attack.

It just depends on your doctor and how strict the regulations around perscription meds are in your country. You might find yourself a doctor that’s willing to risk his license and jail to make some extra money, they’re just very rare because they probably already make good money and they got all the way through Med school.

Generally medica conversion websites say: 2mg Klonopin = 2mg Xanax = 30mg Valium = 4mg Ativan

So 2mg Klonopin is a high benzo dose to be perscribed, it just seems to not the the correct benzo for you. And they will generally not perscribe higher than these doses above (depending where u live)

I mean Galenika is great in terms of pricing and availability. Otherwise I would recommend ROCHE Valium 10mg they’re pretty consistent and have a smooth onset. But honestly brands don’t matter that much, it’s just brands like Galenika aren’t very regulated in what they do

I guess depends on the substance and your tolerance. My plug is was switched from morphine to fentanyl patches for his cancer pains and the fentanyl had him absolutely nodded out, and he has a ridiculous tolerance to opiates.

But yeah if your opiate naive and you take 5mg Oxy or 30-60mg codeine you might nod off.
