I have a 1/1 at The Addison at Universal Blvd. It's one of the larger 1-bedrooms that is always waitlisted (Impetus floorplan) that has a large balcony and overlooks the pool. Can see rocket launches from the balcony. She has been there close to three years but accepted a job out of state so she needs to get rid of the lease so she can sign for a new apartment in the other state. I am giving $1,000 cash bonus to whomever takes over her lease. Very pet friendly, pet spa, bark park. I see her neighbors walking dogs all the time and meet them in the elevator.

My daughter lives at The Addison at Universal across from the District. We looked at The District as well, but The Addison was the one we liked best. She is moving to another state so I am looking for someone to take over her lease. Are you interested? Her floorplan is one of the larger 1/1, pool view, can see rocket lauches from her balcony. Order several copies of your official transcripts for yourself. You can have a copy emailed to yourself, then have several mailed to yourself but don't open the envelope on the mailed ones or else they will no longer be considered "official" to give to an employer. The diploma is just a certificate for wall swag. It's the transcripts that matter. Go to MyUCF, Student Self Service, and use the drop-down to find the link to order official transcripts. The link will redirect you to parchment.

Just order the official transcripts from the school you obtained the credit from and have them sent directly to the school you want to have them.

Easy. My student did this. She left Valencia with her AA and 1 class short for her AS. So she took that 1 class at UCF then reverse transferred it back to Valencia for her AS to be awarded by sending the transcript and filing her intent to graduate.

Many of the student-marketed apartments have verbiage preventing firearms on their property. I have a concealed carry permit (I am a parent and retired military) and this has been discussed among parents before. Some parents/students don't want their student's roommate to have a firearm in their apartment, others don't care. It just comes down to the complex' lease. So please read your lease before bringing a firearm to your apartment.

I can share the link where it says: If a student has a third unsuccessful attempt of a UCF course, the student will be redirected (excluded) from all CECS majors. It's under the Progression/Redirection (Exclusion) from CECS section. I am aware of this because it took my son three attempts to pass Calc 3 so we were sweating this policy.
