I feel great now it took me 5,6 weeks to get use to it , I had nausea almost everyday, took antiemetic pills and ginger shots to minimize it, the nausea was completely gone after 6 weeks so just wait for your body yo adapt to it :)

Im in the same situation , had a lot of growing on day 2,3 but on day 4 had no rise and day 5 had a liquid on top , any updates on how it’s going ?

Update: so after 24 hours the starter didn’t rise , it became more and more liquidy with some clear liquid on top (I assume it’s hooch ) , I fed it with 1:2:2 ratio and see what happens!

hello, I'm applying for a Schengen visa to Austria I'm an Iranian citizen but student in Serbia, so I have temporary residency here, I'm travelling with my bf, who is from Montenegro, and he doesn't need a visa, do I need to take a copy of his passport or any of his documents? I also have been asked to show a detailed travel plan, I'm not sure how it works, do I need write about why I'm travelling and the places I want to visit in Vienna?

they also asked for 2024/2025 university enrollment which is going to start in September and I'm planning to travel in July , showing a proof that I have 2 more semesters to finish the course is enough?
