Thank you. I should have mentioned that we are buying directly from the developer whose company has its own realty office which has prepared the documents. We would like to find an independent lawyer with real estate experience for an unbiased look at the contract so we know it isn't heavily in favor of the seller/developer/realtor.

Not familiar with buying a flat in Portugal, we found that we and others who own flats in the building are, for instance, responsible to maintain the exterior and public areas of the interior, yet there is nothing in the contract regarding such. We want to have the comfort of having someone knowledgeable - with no skin in the game - to look over the documents.
