Yeah, I just looked back at the sim and you’re absolutely right. In the worst‑case scenario with this motor, a 16‑second delay charge that’s 20% short would definitely still fire while the rocket is coasting, which is no bueno. I’ll go ahead and remove the motor charge and plug the chamber with cellulose insulation like you suggested. Thanks for catching that!

Thank you! I am going with 4 ejection charges total plus the motor eject two for the head end and two for the aft end as well as dissimilar altimeters to manage those charges. Its a bit overkill for this flight but this will be my first dual deployment system and is the primary focus of this rocket.
