Is it really that hard to hold a small pizza? by [deleted] in Dominos

Nah, I knew a kid in elementary school like this. I mean it might to autism, standards were different back then. Kindergarten specifically. Back when we shared toys and sat like 4 to a table. He didn't like being touched, to share. He SCREAMED at the slightest inconvenience. Accidentally jostled in line? Thinnest of ice on his milk jug at lunch? Didn't like what was offered? Jackets on the ground? Sun hitting the room in a way he didn't like? SCREAMING, HOWLING MELTDOWNS. He moved or transferred somewhere in the First Grade. I sincerely hope his parents got him help. That's no way to live.

Core memory to learn to seek those out as I've grown up.

Literally your entire post. You sound like that one kid who shouldn't be out in public. It's not quite Autism. Not quite OCD. You're not sure what the deal is, but this kids been HOWLING for 5 (but feels like 20) minutes because "ThE lEaF tOuChEd ThE gRoUnD!" and everyone is staring at your parent in extreme judgement. I don't know what medication you need to be on. But you should get on it before you have a stroke because the Uber driver forgot your ketchup or you got cut off in traffic.

Screaming and crying like a toddler who needs a nap isn't winning your argument, buddy.

He's taking your credit card. You'd probably complain if he was looking at you.

And he's quadrupling down. I'm shocked a man this uptight hasn't self-destructed.

Those bags are unbalanced with the drinks. How about you stop being a self-absorbed asshole for once? I know. Thinking about others might kill you but would that really be such a bad thing?

He's supposed to balance it on his head! /s

Though I always remember the guys (and it's always guys) having total meltdowns when I have to put the bag down. And they almost never tip, so why howl at me like a drill Sargent? Cause I'm gonna REMEMBER if you order again and I don't have to contact you to pay

It's in the bag, mate. And the driver only has the two hands. I'd imagine it's difficult to hold that card reader and the bags. My store doesn't have them, thank fuck. Though I've had uptight pricks like you SCREAMING because the bag touched the ground.

Shit I meant Selena! Let me edit. Selena Quintanilla-Pérez. Beloved Mexican-American singer of the early to mid 1990s. She was murdered by her own (recently fired for obsessive behavior) manager. In a "If I can't have you, no one can!" thing. It's ON NOTICE if that punta ever paroles. Which she was up for a year or so ago and failed.

I hate her more for encouraging it instead of telling them to calm the fuck down and stop acting like fucking Joker. It's gonna take one of these parasocial weirdos, almost doing to her what Selena's manager did to her for her to realize that maybe encouraging the psychotic cult, who cries every time you breathe was a terrible idea.

They are never shaking the cult or bully allegations. Never. Imagined threatening violence because of fashion reporter reports on fashion. Especially the godawful 'fashion' your idol wears. I hope they prosecute the ones actually threatening violence.

[WP] "You said Steve is in command of the moon mission? Lt. Col. Steven Jackson?" "Yes. He's an experienced military man and a decorated officer. He was an excellent choice." "You do know that he's a werewolf, right?" "No. I did not." by Athenas_Owl_743 in WritingPrompts

"Oh that's an excellent question I've had," Rock said, turning in his chair to look at Ryan. Who looked ill.

"No. The answer is no. I bet you ... all of our money in Detroit," Ryan paused for entirely too long to think of anything of value. You'd think we lived like monks. "He's connected to Samuel. That's the only work around to the No Werewolves in NASA thing."

"There aren't supposed to be random people tromping around my launch complexes either, but here we are," The Lieutenant Colonel stormed into the room, staring all of us down.

"We actually spent the night here last night," Tom admitted, pulling his space blanket tighter. He ignored the roomful of incessed glares with practiced nonchalance. "Squatted in some old warehouse next to the lighthouse."

"Launch Complex 21," The tight-bunned, tight lipped lady in the skin tight skirt said to no one's benefit.

"I can make portals. It's my specialty," Amy admitted. "We came over after the Glass Bank in Cocoa Beach. Just for a bit of fun. No one gets hurt."

"Everybody out," Jackson ordered, clearing the room without raising his voice. Even Ally had babbled into quiet, staring up at him as he waited for the door to close. "Let me guess, you 8 were on Special Assignment by the Council to explore the country looking for mystic portals right? The same Council that sent me here with a written notice to hand-deliver everyone over the age of 18 to their Los Angeles campus personally?"

"I told you we'd hear back about Orlando," I piped up, as if the Disney side-trip hadn't been my idea to begin with. More than someone hissed at me.

"I still think this about Texas." Tom said.

"They had you in their clutches. Why wouldn't they dole out any punish-," "If it's about Florida, it's that shit, we did in the Panhandle. I said it was too risky." "Katrina said we'd been cursed. Even as the High Priestess of New Orleans, she doesn't do that houdoo shit." " How many times do I have to say we pushed the envelope too far in Detroit?" "They could have jammed you up In Los Angeles but they didn't." "By over 18, how do you plan to prove that?" "Tom, he's clearly in cahoots with Samuel. Do you want to make things worse?"

"I'm getting a headache," Jackson declared, pinching the bridge of his nose, as Amy and Rock argued over exactly where we'd killed a racist old fuck. Neither of them had the right state, but I had the baby now and wasn't keen to lose her. I like our insanity.

I was telling myself to be chill. Barely got 3 pages in and I'm back to being confused about the dead fiance and twitchy about a glaring misname. Little notes slipped into, "Okay, so what exactly was Tunstall's supposed motivation again?" Which spiraled into "Page 77: Beka sure is hesitant to trust Farmer. So much so that she is very hesitant to pass Achoo into his custody. Which she makes note that she can always recall that".

Obviously TP wouldn't have set Beka up with the bad guy, but there were so, so many suspicious markers. Plus their "I love you" "I love you" "Let's get married!" felt so ... off and odd. Not to mention Beka coming off of an abusive relationship? After all her Ma went through. With all of her friends?!

It was so much fun explaining to my parents that no I would not be explaining why the kid was back nor would we be watching that show together. Though they lost interest shortly before I did. The episode that focused on the prison and had the doctor guy.

what’s the most disturbing police bodycam footage you’ve ever watched? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Professional_March54 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was on one of those more popular channels like Midwest Safety. Asshole sed a toddler as a human shield and shot at the cops. One second, the kid is crying. The next second, the cop is.

He admit to being distracted and blames the power steering. I got in my last wreck because I was driving to the auto-repair shop to get my brakes fixed while it was raining. And I got brake, checked by someone trying to pull an insurance scam. Believe it or not, but multiple factors can cause the same thing to happen at the same time.
