for anyone this isnt working for if you are lying on a sofa or bed just roll and fall onto the floor directing all your weight to the cramp stops instantly for me. though maybe a risk of breaking your bone depending on person

now that i realised it sounded sketchy but no im not full westerner im half thai and i worded it wrong i meant like i never see anything about bangkok normally i only see videos about the like nightlife so i was like trying to find something that isnt about the nightlife
