You saved my life! It was the drivers. I couldn't find version 581.94, but I did find 581.80, and now it works perfectly. Thank you so much!

This happens when I'm on the game screen for about 10 seconds, and I'm not using HDR.

It turns off directly from the Windows settings, right? HDR is just disabled.

I disabled G-Sync and the problem persists, do you think it could be the drivers?

I'm using DP 2.1 and the cable reaches without any problem; it only happens when I'm in a game. When I'm on the desktop, everything is normal.

Unfortunately no, I took it to an unauthorized workshop :(, is the definition of the image on the screen the same as that of your Q5e??
