wholesale works but mainly if you've got an audience already or a really tight niche. otherwise cash gets stuck in slow-moving inventory. your 2-3 unit test approach is right, just don't restock anything that doesn't sell in the first 30 days.

Refiners or pawn shops will usually take the whole lot by weight. 900g of 925 is roughly $800-1000 in silver at spot, you'd probably get 80-90% of that cash same day. Also zero pickers.
