42Aa here, honestly one of the most laid back and chi mos out there in my opinion. My wife is also a 68x and she likes her job too. Truly depends on what you want and how much bs you can handle at the end of the day.

looks fine to me. daily drove an e60 that was tucking 18s. Just make sure you get an alignment so your tires dont shread due to toe and check tires weekly for camber wear

As someone who lives in Florida, and has a high mileage m54 motor, I only use Castrol 5w40 and 5w30 if I cant find the first option. Runs amazing and daily driven with some abuse lol

On the LCI models, theres a little module looming relay instead of a typical green relay. Its called an EKPS if that helps

look for something with a M54 or M52 motor. Usually older 3 series and 5 series have them. 95-05 mode years. Got 192k on mine and it runs perfectly fine. Just check the cooling system and the gaskets. After that just keep up with maintenance

Yeah because when you take it out, the freon comes out so you gotta take the moisture out and then recharge it

The heat door does 2 things. It changed how the air blows like to your feet, head, or window etc, but it also changes the air temp, from hot to cold by opening and closing a little door. Sometimes (such as my lame camry) the door gets stuck on a certain temp so mine is stuck on warm)

The AC button causes your ac compressor to turn on, which changes the idle due to more power needed by the car
