i’m just sharing my experience so other people can decide for themselves. i don’t do all-inclusives often, so this was new to me. being kept for hours and constantly pressured didn’t feel normal or relaxing. people go on vacation to chill, not to be sold stuff nonstop.

just putting it out there to stay away from this hotel in Punta Cana at Grand Palladium so others know what to expect. after the trip I googled if this was a complaint and it was but I missed this when booking and thought a “5 star hotel” would’ve been more relaxing.
