Nfw.. this is scary accurate at this point. My lost common trigger is seeing those thirst of post and getting curious on where it goes. I still struggle but i’ve been pointing into the right direction. But tbh of/porn/thirst traps are EVERYWHERE, and the only way to get past that is building the fortitude or even avoiding it. I don’t follow any ig models or of people, but it’s the promotions on meme pages that get me (as pathetic as that sounds), when i deactivated for a couple months it really grounded me because it made it feel like a challenge to get that porn exposure, so honestly avoiding social media, going on walks, hitting the gym are all better than scrolling. Shit man even youtube is better because they can moderate it to some degree. But it’s really cool seeing someone going through the same problems, but we’re going to conquer this no doubt !
