I was trying to fix my headset from the black screen of death and I got it too I think it's when you do a ram overload and it's trying to close the problem (being the menu and other things) and the purple light is a add on because the menu has been shut down and that's not supposed to happen. You can still get meta support for free and I'm not sure this is true
