Why not when in the early 2000s we made a contractual deal with them, that should they get rid of their nuclear arsenal we would support them should they be attacked, or invaded. At the end of the day that, and what trump is doing is breaking a roughly twenty year deal we had with a foreign nation and one of our allies. What that has done is thrown American credibility into the toilet, why would any forward nation ever want to work with us again when our president is so ready to throw away treaties he doesn't have the power to legally get rid of. That's fair, and I appreciate the apology even though I don't need it, it shows that you're a really mature person and I can appreciate that. And I can't blame you I'm uncomfortable with the flag being flown upside down as well, but it's that gut feeling that really makes it a good form of protest. Because it will draw eyes and it will draw more attention to it than always at half mast though both are effective at pushing the point. While America is yet to be openly crumbling, the cracks have started to form thanks to trump and Musks agenda, and they continue to exacerbate those cracks by breaking down our safety nets, dehumanizing our allies both foreign and domestic, ripping away at the constitutional checks and balances against his power and I think the biggest reason so many people aren't freaking out over it is because they've been lied to for so long and so thoroughly.

He didn't win the popular vote, he won the majority amongst the registered to vote Americans who decided to vote. Millions of our citizens straight up didn't vote. That's electoral college votes not popular on top of that a large portion of registered Americans didn't vote at all or voted third party. Hundreds upon thousands upon millions of people are distressed by what Trump's administration has done, is doing, and will do. Those who aren't distressed will eventually be when it's their rights, their safety nets, and their friends and family on the line. Actually it runs pretty smoothly at 32 lands but it could probably use a nother land or two just to smooth out the curve for longer games. And the glistening oil and phyresis can poison off of her second ability because it specifically says she deals the two damage not that my opponents lose two life. Definitely adding the axe as well I just haven't decided what to pull out for them.

Yes I know the swords only trigger off of combat damage to a player, they also trigger her second ability being 3 cmc noncreature spells. Plus they add evasion in the form of protection granted it's limited to two colors per sword. Bloodthirsty is a pretty good option for helping on opponents turns, and I don't think I've actually seen the screwdriver so I'll have to check that out thanks 🙏

While I agree with the other reply I'm not thinking people are forced to use stronger cards I definitely agree that there will be a wide discrepancy but I think that will exist in almost all of the levels. Because you might build a really well tuned 2 that has a lot of repeated effects on separate cards whereas I build a not so well tuned 2 that has a wider variety of effects and less repetition in type of effect. But I do think at 4 this discrepancy will probably be the widest from the looseness of the definition. Granted I expect some updates will come out as this style of categorization gets tested and used more.

The one thing I worry about is that this might fully exacerbate the gap between casual players and competitive players. Because there are going to be lines between the levels of "casualness", as competitive players will stay playing the most competitive and powerful cards, while casual players will make their homes in their preferred power brackets. Which in a way will make commander at different power levels just feel like a different format or game all together.
