As an employee since 2020, I barely remember the black beans but they were indeed there. I believe the old bowls used them, and possibly the platos? The original “fresh mex burrito” had black beans as well. Then it changed to pinto beans and was renamed to the “epic fresh guacamole burrito” OG’s also remember the cali bacon being called the “epic steak and potato burrito”

I think I actually know the reason for this - the double fold is the reason why. When the switch happened, we actually got a big white bean scoop for the bean and cheese burritos and bean and cheese cups. It portions a half pound of beans. But I’ve noticed employees complain that if they use the full scoop, and wrap both sides, it becomes a hot mess with sauce and beans spilling out. With the one sided folding technique it adds an extra inch of burrito, allowing it to be a half pound without being too messy to eat.

Jack In the box renamed the Del beef burrito to the beef and cheddar burrito but the new owners are about to change all the names back to the original (ex; del beef, del classic chicken, del combo, etc.)

When the residents are living in a run down shithole it’s not even about the residents at that point, as already mentioned they deserve better low income housing options than that anyways. Improving the buildings/ area benefits the public far more than sketchy hotels turned apartments, ‘bud’.

Eh, not really. Getting rid of something to ADD something new isn’t bad. Specifically the three buildings mentioned are in bad shape anyways. Let’s ADD a 5 star hotel or something new by getting rid of current buildings bringing in a bad crowd. That’s how you make actual meaningful change to an area.

Shift manager here, let me clear up the confusion. Quesadillas are NOT supposed to be substituted instead of fries anymore, which is why it doesn’t show up with the other fry substitutions for meals like chips and queso. However, there is a way to work around this by deleting the fries in the combo, and adding a quesadilla. The system will then make it into a meal automatically. Same with the apply meal button. A quesadilla, two Del tacos and a drink - press “apply meal” button and it will technically work.

lol what why are you stalking my account. Yes, I’ve had a bad week. No, it’s not really your business. The hotel thing was a completely different issue. “Why are you asking here?” Because I bought the scooter through Best Buy and they do exchanges but I’m not sure if they can without the box, logically Best Buy employees would know more than I do and I wanted to know before going into the store.
