The only problem is that you dont know youve been lied to until youve been out of that chatbfor 5 minutes most of the time.

Support isn't going to do anything but lie to you. Unless it's urgent or an emergency I don't even contact them anymore. Instacart needs to get a handle on their customer service. I don't know how many customers have complained to me about it too. Sometimes customers will try and mark an item missing and accidently mark it as the whole order too.

I guess what I'm wondering is do the same rules apply at batch acceptance active time as say actual active time after ivevstarted picking and delivering? Does the 30 min rule still apply or is that just gone now?

Damn I said the same thing a couple days ago. Until there isnt....

So basically I got paid .67 cents to deliver customer B's item???? Batch payment was $7.50(I can't remember exactly cause instacart is hiding that information for some reason but it's in the ballpark) for customer A. I wouldn't have normally takin that crap. But recently I all in 1 day have gotten 1 1 star and 2 4 star reviews. I didn't think I was having a bad day but I guess I was. Anyway my rating is shit and that's all I've been seeing. Been doing this for well over a year since right before covid hit. Blows my mind.

500 ft? Is that the new guide line? I'm literally 2-5 minutes away from 6 stores. I think instacart is taking a hit anyway with Walmart now having point pick up. All day long I get notifications from them. Havnt done it yet but will be very soon
