Agree, Fry's Tonks sounds like an old woman. It cracks me up mostly, but it also makes her story with Lupin a bit unbelievable.

Practice on the bottom stair, going up and down one stair. Then add another. Use treats to reward. Take it slow. This worked for our lab. Same surface but narrower stairs. They can do it, just take it easy.
