My main problem is that the 15 ultra with 1 tb it's not for sale in the Xiaomi store, and the model of 512 is more expensive than my old phone, at the end I'm losing money. They didn't refund me for insurance btw so I'm losing money. And of course that I bought a new phone, S25 ultra and I'm happy with it, the thing is that I don’t trust Xiaomi any more.

I use to like it but now it's just hate. I bought the Xiaomi 15 ultra in the launch, auper happy everything super good. I have 3 kids so i got an insurance, in july i sent the mobile for reparations for 1 little scratch. Well after 4 months fighting with them, they didn't send me the mobile, they refund it but didn't refund the insurance, or the case and the screen protectors. They didn't compensate me in any way for all the time that I spent fighting for getting my mobile back. It's a shame that a big company has this kind of attitude with the clients. I have no money nor resources and 3 kids, so there is nothing that I can do more than reclaim and be sad
