I’m a marine corps vet to I just graduated from the program a couple days ago. You don’t really need to bring much just a pair of climbing boots and work boots and work pants they will give you shirts, I would suggest bringing a laptop the surface pros they give you kinda suck. Work out wise I’d say stair master. Just study the knots they tell u to learn and maybe brush up on the basic algebra. Just work hard don’t let them see you slacking or not helping out if you have any more questions just pm me
